Culinary Clash! Baking Competition

Enter your bake in one of 3 categories for your chance to be crowned Six Mile Festival Culinary Champion!

It is FREE to enter!

Bakers can be individuals or represent a business.

The Culinary Clash Category winners will receive a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer, and voucher for The Junction shopping center

Bakes will be judged on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th July.

Entry Rules

1. Entrants must make all aspects of their bake. No shop-bought items will be admitted to the competition.
2. Bakes must be in the judging marquee by 10am on the day of judging
3. Entrants can be an individual or a business
4. A complete ingredients list must be printed and placed in a sealed envelope beside your bake.
5. Victoria Sponge Must consist of 2 plain sponge cake layers with a strawberry jam and cream filling
6. Sour Dough Bread Must consist of 1 plain loaf made with a sourdough starter
7. Showstopper entries must fit into the category of 'Cake'. Entries can be themed or traditional and at least 2 tiers.
